What inspired her to start the dyslexia campaign is seeing the gap in the community of knowledge and information not being provided to the community regards this disorder.

‘The Government could assist by paying attention and recognizing that there is a need to assist the kids with dyslexia and their families’. She said.

‘Funding can assist me to be able to run my campaign or advocacy for example before you can identify this disorder the teachers have to be taught how to handle kids with dyslexia and the kids have to be screened before even getting diagnosed’. She added.

It’s understood Kefilwe is one of 21 beautiful finalist in the Mrs soweto empowerment program. She is a women who believes in empowering others, sharing with those in need and believes that together is better than when alone!
