Despite dropping out from College due to bad decisions, Mava Sibulawa has find his way to the top in the entertainment industry.
It’s understood his PR skills acquired from the college have been handful in helping to build his brand.
His dream is to be amongst well known radio personalities and work for the biggest radio station and TV shows.
He was Born in matatile in the Eastern Cape but grew up in Kwazulu natal near the small town called Escourt.
This private , humble and amazing soul is currently a TV host at Drakensberg Entertainment Tourism TV known as DET TV .
He also has a feature “On point news ” on life Fm’s morning breakfast called “Mornings we Love you” with Nhlakanipho Ntuli as well as on Bcr’s magazine programme -Wuz popping Mzantsi aired every Saturdays at 13:00pm.
Its believed in his busy schedule he works as a model for kasi 2 kasi Anti Drug Awareness program. During his spare time he also takes MC( master of ceremony) gigs for local events.
Mava also have his YouTube channel where he upload and share his dance moves .
” I hope one day people can see how well I can dance.” He said.
He has drawn his inspiration from Bonang Matheba .
” I have learned self confidence , to overcome fears and being different from Bonang .”
“I want to see myself getting paid for the talent I have and working hard to showcase my talent to the world , that one day someone can see what I have to offer to the entertainment industry.” Said Sibulawa.
” I’m very happy with myself I’ll never change nothing even my mistakes because those scars are there to build me up as person” he added.
In his reaction for nominations and the outcomes , he said “I was happy and excited to be a nominee , it was my 2nd time being nominated. It shows that people love my personality and skills.
I’d like to thank family, friends and everyone who voted for me in Estcourt , i have made it to the second runner up of the best radio presenter of the BEA’s.
