VersOne’s “Akabambeki” tops the charts.

We all have priorities in life and with ThandiNKosi it’s God first more than anything.This humble and God fearing man grew up in Soweto Meadowlands but currently resides permanently in Vosloorus.

He was brought up by a single parent and two sisters. “we had nothing but through God I’m still standing and keep on keeping on. Its understood His musical journey started at church. ” Well i was hoping that someone can hear my voice and help me but it took years but I did not loose hope until Oska saw what everyone did not see , he saw my talent. I got involved with the wrong crowd and I had no one who believed and saw my hunger for music anymore but I did not loose hope and I kept praying until Bheki Ncobo Khulekani Nchilli,Mr kwaito helped me to realise an album and people loved my Music,I overcame everything though faith, hope and prayer.” He sighed.

Known as VersOne by his fans he said “What makes me stand out is my no boundary music, which caters for the young and old generation.”

Thandinkosi versone is currently a Third runner up for BEA’s best gospel artist. Few weeks after he released his anticipated single entitled “Akabambeki”which features Deep Khobzen kiavalla x ZeeDeep, the hit is making rounds on Bcr’s top 10 hits. ” I am excited and happy , I can see people love my music.” He said.

He also shared with publication his dream to own record label as he believes it will help other dreamers who wants to share their music.
Aspired by the late Sfiso Ncwane he said “My inspiration is Sfiso Nwane because his music it’s about his journey with God and how good he has been to him,that’s how I want people to remember me. 
I want to change people’s lives with my music and get through to someone who believes that it’s all over for them and they can’t get through from what is happening now with this covid 19, even if i can get through one person in this world , that will make a difference .” He concluded.
